Definitely enjoyable. Love to come here for dinner. Have tried just about everything on the menu. The venison and the wild boar are probably their signature pieces. Make sure you try something different whenever you go. Desert is a definite must with a glass of white port. The service is always very friendly and relaxed. Go to Bonaparte's to celebrate a special occasion, have a romantic dinner or just to have a lovely evening. We go to Bonaparte's every time we visit Montreal.

Overall this is by far my favourite place to eat in Montreal. It is not the trendiest place in town - by far - but what it does right is really right. I love their classic french cuisine and elegant dishes.
My favourites include the mushroom ravioli appetizer, and the seared salmon, and lobster bisque entrees. they have an exquisite selection of wines - starting at the high end of what most restaurants offer. I would say that it is a bit expensive - but if you a looking for a fabulous meal and don't mind paying up to $100 per head it is easily the best and most reliable you can find in montreal.

Best restaurant in all of montreal and very reasonable prices. For appetizers you definately need at least one order of the mushroom ravioli and the white truffle smoked salmon is excellent as well. Main menu try the wild boar, lamb or pretty much anything on the menu.
