Some of the best steak I have ever eaten. With a part of 3 we ordered the 'drunken beef', seared tuna dish, and a rack of lamb.
while all were delicious the drunken beef was by far the best part of the evening. a 10 oz filet mignon marianated in balsamic vinegar and port, served in a red wine reduction with garlic mashed potatoes, and delicious wild mushrooms. the steak was wonderfully tender and highly enjoyable.
only difficult part was finding and choosing a half decent wine under $150 dollars. The least expenive start at $65 for white and $80 for red. they went up to $6600 for real.
on the whole and enjoyable evening and worth repeating.

Five star prices (7th most expensive per head in world supposedly), two-three star restaurant. Inside is very nice, and they have a whole show where they bring meat to the table and show you the piece you order before its cooked etc. I had the classic "Lou's Cut" which is a large piece of dry-aged steak. I ordered it medium rare but was a little over cooked, but good. They have a reasonable carte des vins but the markup is 3 to 5 times which no real wine connoisseur should accept. A one visit type place, Americans probably love it.
