- Bistro & Bakery Thuet has adapted the European principal of a menu prix-fixe, featuring the menu degustation surprise, a blind tasting menu which allows Marc to assemble a sequence of small courses that reflects the best creations of the gifts du terroire et saison.
Also available is the menu a la carte, a melange of Marc's finest which allows our customers to select their favorite dishes or to experiment with something new. Both menus change monthly based on the finest seasonal offerings available including foie gras, truffles & caviar. - Price

Went to the restaurant for Winterlicious. Unfortunately had a long wait.... it was BUSY. Staff did their best to make the wait bearable.
Food was excellent. Really want to go back again and experience more of Chef Thuet's cuisine.

Thuet was packed for winterlicious, we had to wait a little while for our table - but still had a very nice meal. I especially enjoyed the Potage Esau aux croutons de parmesan.
Winterlicious is great value, but I'll definitely be going back to sample the rest of the menu.

Stopped in on the way home to grab some bread and ended up with an exquisite lunch of foie gras and steak frites.
